Please read these terms carefully before participating in the NOTOUT Affiliates program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these terms.

"NOTOUT" or "Company" means NOTOUT Affiliates and its operating entities.
"Affiliate" means any individual or legal entity that has been approved by NOTOUT to participate in the NOTOUT Affiliates Program under these Terms.
"Affiliate Program" means the programme operated by NOTOUT through which Affiliates earn commissions for referring new players to NOTOUT's platform.
"Referred Player" means a new end-user who registers a real-money account on NOTOUT's platform via a unique tracking link provided to the Affiliate, and who was not previously registered on the platform.
"Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)" means the total bets placed by Referred Players minus total winnings paid out, bonuses, promotional credits, taxes, payment processing fees, and any chargebacks during the relevant calculation period.
"Commission" means the financial reward payable to the Affiliate calculated as a percentage of NGR or on another basis as specified in the applicable campaign terms.
"Tracking Link" means the unique URL assigned to the Affiliate for the purpose of tracking referrals and attributing them to the Affiliate's account.
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
NOTOUT reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Approved Affiliates will receive confirmation by email along with their unique Tracking Link and access to the Affiliate dashboard.
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
The default commission model is Revenue Share, calculated on the Affiliate's share of NGR generated by Referred Players. Commission rates are specified in the Affiliate dashboard and may vary by campaign.

Special campaign commission rates may override the standard tier structure for the duration of that campaign. Where NGR for a given month is negative (i.e., player winnings exceed player losses), a negative carry-forward may apply and will be deducted from future commissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
NOTOUT reserves the right to modify the commission structure with 30 days' written notice to the Affiliate. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised structure.
Commission payments are processed on a monthly basis, typically within 15 business days of the close of each calendar month, provided the Affiliate's account balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of $100 USD (or equivalent).
Payments are made via the methods available in the Affiliate dashboard (which may include bank transfer, cryptocurrency, e-wallet, or other methods). The Affiliate is responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion costs, or taxes applicable to received payments.
NOTOUT will not process payments to third-party accounts. Payments must be made to an account held in the name of the registered Affiliate. NOTOUT reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. Any commissions earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
NOTOUT provides each Affiliate with access to a real-time reporting dashboard showing clicks, registrations, deposits, NGR, and commission earned. The data provided in the dashboard is considered final and binding for the purposes of commission calculation.
NOTOUT uses cookie-based tracking with a standard attribution window of 30 days. If a referred user clears cookies, uses a different device, or registers after the attribution window has expired, the referral may not be attributed to the Affiliate.
The Affiliate agrees that NOTOUT's tracking system is the sole authoritative source for commission calculations and that discrepancies between the Affiliate's own tracking and NOTOUT's system will be resolved in favour of NOTOUT's data unless a material technical error can be demonstrated.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the Affiliate account and forfeiture of all accrued commissions:
NOTOUT grants the Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use NOTOUT's approved logos, trademarks, banners, and creative assets solely for the purpose of promoting the Affiliate Program in accordance with these Terms.
The Affiliate may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from NOTOUT's brand assets without prior written consent. All intellectual property rights in NOTOUT's brand assets remain the exclusive property of NOTOUT. This licence terminates automatically upon termination of the Affiliate's participation in the Programme.
The Affiliate grants NOTOUT a royalty-free licence to use the Affiliate's name and logo for the purpose of identifying the Affiliate as a programme participant in promotional materials, unless the Affiliate provides written notice to opt out.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to commission rates, player data, financial terms, and technical information.
Confidential information must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by applicable law or regulation. This obligation survives termination of the Affiliate's participation in the Programme for a period of 3 years.
Either party may terminate the Affiliate's participation in the Programme at any time with 14 days' written notice to the other party.
NOTOUT may terminate immediately and without notice if the Affiliate:
Upon termination, the Affiliate's access to the dashboard and Tracking Links will be disabled. Any commissions accrued prior to the termination date and not subject to forfeiture will be paid in the next regular payment cycle. Commissions accrued through Prohibited Conduct are forfeited in all cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOTOUT's total liability to the Affiliate for any claims arising under or in connection with the Affiliate Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
NOTOUT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if NOTOUT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
NOTOUT does not guarantee any specific level of traffic, revenue, or commission earnings to the Affiliate. The performance of the Affiliate Program is subject to market conditions and other factors outside NOTOUT's control.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with the Affiliate Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NOTOUT is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
NOTOUT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page and affiliates will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect for material amendments.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Affiliate's acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
